Even though I gave birth to my firstborn 18 years ago, I still remember those times so vividly… My daughter had just been born and here I was with the most beautiful baby I could have imagined. Yet I felt sad, alone, scared, and insecure.

As a postpartum doula, registered nurse, and mama to 2, my passion is simply to serve you on your postpartum journey: emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
Every single birth and postpartum experience is it’s own entity, individual in it’s own way. I strive to ensure each mother feels that and knows they will be fully supported, wherever they are at in their journey as a mother.
My love of serving and educating others, coupled with my strong desire to teach mothers and their families how to support this sacred journey is what truly led me to become a postpartum doula – and what called me to create THIS COURSE FOR YOU.
